To bring "lumpia" and Filipino food into the American consciousness and mainstream.
We plan to open as many locations as soon as possible, an American-Filipino fast food restaurant serving dynamite lumpias and lumpia burgers!
Our Double Lumpia Burger is our must-try, runaway hit! We are now open in our first brick-and-mortar restaurant in Glendora, California. Get your first taste there!
Taste our Dynamite Lumpias, Lumpia Burgers, and our Sinigang Soup, know our goals and plans, and meet our founder. We're looking for lenders and fast food strategic partners. Grow with us!
The Double Double Lumpia Burger
Imagine pandesal...and sandwiched in between is our very own Lumpia Mania Mix as its patty. Made with the best of the Philippines, and the best of America. It's the best burger you will ever taste, perfectly complimented with the finest combination of sauces and fillings. No need for ketchup or anything else! And to double the impact, we've also created the Double Double Lumpia Burger. Make that the "soon-to-be-world famous" Double Double Lumpia Burger. It's by far our most popular, best-selling item on our menu. A must-try, runaway hit!
The Dynamite Lumpia
They were dynamite-sized, meaty, juicy and crispy, and so filling. We brought it back!
The Naked Lumpia (Lumpiang Sariwang Hubad).
So refreshing and delicious, with the savory-sweet, garlic sauce. We brought it back, naked!
The 1977 Flan
This "leche" flan had the creamiest & richest taste you can imagine. We brought it back!
The Sweet Jelly Drink. (Gulaman Drink)
This was the most refreshing, cooling, and arguably the best drink ever. We brought it back!
Turon A la Mode
Our newest creation! Imagine the Turon, the traditional Filipino "banana lumpia" dessert, reimagined and cooked to a perfect crisp, filled with banana and jackfruit, topped with caramelized sugar, then topped again with a scoop of Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. Amazing!
The secret's out. We are serving the world's best comfort food, the classic Filipino favorite, Sinigang Soup! But this time, with Steamed Rice on the side, not the other way around. Our Sinigang is a tamarind-flavor soup with Pork Spare Ribs, Vegetables, served with Steamed Rice, complemented with our House Special Sinigang Sauce. The world needs to know.
Lumpia Mania Aprons.
The "Festival of Philippine Arts and Culture" (FPAC) is held annually, which typically draws between 1500-2000 attendees. The event was held at Levitt Pavilion, McArthur Park, Los Angeles, on September 3, 2022, between 4-10 pm. Out of eleven various food vendors, we had the most people in line, waiting for our lumpia and burgers, specially our lumpia burger favorite the Double Lumpia Cheeseburger, beginning at 5 pm until closing. We sold out all our items by 9:30 pm. Talk about fast food disappearing! Pics of long lines below:

Sometime in 2012, our founder ran out of lumpia wrappers while making lumpias for his kids, so he decided to use the extra lumpia meat as burger patties. He used white bread as the buns, and his kids loved them. The next time he made them lumpias, he tried the lumpia patties with pandesal, and as they say, the rest is history.
Pandesal is the ubiquitous national bread of the Philippines. It is typically served with butter and dipped into coffee. Pandesal is Spanish, and translates in English as "bread of salt", even though it actually tastes closer to a sweet Hawaiian bread.
Because our lumpias are 8-inch, dynamite-sized lumpias, made with our very own original Lumpia Mania Mix, which is a mix of ground beef, vegetables, and seasonings.
Yes, our Naked Lumpia Salad comes in both a Regular or Vegan. Naked Lumpia Salad includes Shrimp and our Lumpia Mania Mix. Our Vegan version has neither included.
Turon is simply a "banana lumpia", a popular dessert made with plantain banana, jackfruit, and caramelized sugar, wrapped in lumpia wrapper. A la mode is French for "fashionable", and in America we made it to mean "served with ice cream.
Sinigang is arguably the most popular comfort food from the Philippines. Our Sinigang is a tamarind-flavored soup, made with Pork Spare Ribs and select vegetables. It is possibly the most underrated dish in the world. We are here to introduce it to the world. Because the world needs to know.
