We are seeking loans of $150k for each location. But a three member private lender group can lend as low as $50k each. The ROI on the loans are 22% across the board, on a five year, principal and interest of 8% monthly payment on the loan. We are also offering profit sharing of up to 10% for each location to a lender who lends the whole amount of $150k. Contact us and will discuss further details and share our very detailed Business Plan.
The first reason is Experience. Robert L. Calixto, founder and principal owner of Lumpia Mania, is a seasoned entrepreneur and management executive whose various career experiences have prepared and motivated him to open Lumpia Mania. Mr. Calixto has studied Business Administration and Marketing at Cal State University, and was the GM and owner of the successful XLS Construction company in Los Angeles. Previously, he was the GM and Instructor for the Contractors’ License Resource Group, following sixteen distinguished years in the real estate industry. In addition, for two years he and his sister operated the Taste of Manila restaurant. Thus, Mr. Calixto has deep experience-based knowledge. In addition, he has excellent communication skills, time-management skills, and organizational skills. Robert Calixto is a highly motivated individual and he has been preparing and researching for this venture for the past seven years. His strategic planning and execution make him well suited to lead Lumpia Mania. The second reason is Timing. These days, there is an absolute need for a chain restaurant like Lumpia Mania. There has never been another restaurant like Lumpia Mania. Our three main items, the Dynamite Lumpia, the Lumpia Fresh, and the The Lumpia Burger, are all very original items that most Americans will fall in love with, and will add to their list of weekly restaurant-go-to's. And the third reason, three words: Double Lumpia Cheeseburger. At the FPAC event on September 3rd, a lot of attendees tasted the Double Lumpia Cheeseburger for the first time with overwhelming results. People lined up and waited up to one hour just to taste our Double Lumpia Cheeseburger. We ran out of this item by 9:15 pm, while the event ended at 10 pm. We ran out of all food items by 9:30 pm.
Yes, we will highly consider real estate as collateral for this loan.
Yes, we have revised our investor loan amounts to as low as $50k. We can discuss further regarding the details of a lower investment amount.
There is a possibility. As soon as we open our first few locations, we will discuss this opportunity further.
Absolutely. We want to be as transparent as possible. We consider our lenders and partners part of our Lumpia Mania Team.
As expressed in our Business Plan and our detailed proposal above, we plan to open as many Lumpia Manias as possible. We truly feel there is a need everywhere for our food. First, all over Southern California, (we listed 11 areas we will go to in So Cal), then all over California, then expand outside of California and all over the United States. And eventually, internationally.
The "Festival of Philippine Arts and Culture" (FPAC) is held annually, which typically draws between 1500-2000 attendees. The event was held at Levitt Pavilion, McArthur Park, Los Angeles, on September 3, 2022, between 4-10 pm. Out of eleven various food vendors, we had the most people in line, beginning at 5 pm until closing. We sold out all our items by 9:30 pm.
